These one-of-a-kind ceramic bowls are hand-formed using impressions taken from a large Tupperware lid. My practice explores the transformation of the ordinary into something tactile and unexpected. The resulting forms are fluid and organic—softly undulating and punctuated with perforations that echo erosion, memory, and time.
Inspired by geological formations and the overlooked textures of everyday plastic waste, each bowl offers a quiet meditation on transformation—inviting new ways of thinking about material, value, and beauty.
One of a kind: Each piece is entirely unique and part of a limited sculptural collection. Durable & versatile: High-fired for lasting strength. While functional, these works are equally at home as contemplative art objects. Handmade in Hamburg: Formed, fired, and finished in my Hamburg studio.
